خلاصه داستان : داستان حول محور مرد جوانی به نام ماهیگاشی ترو می چرخد. هنگامی که او جوان بود، پدرش، یک جراح باهوش، در یک تصادف درگذشت، اما نه قبل از نجات جان ترو. در نتیجه، ترو همچنین قصد دارد به یک جراح بزرگ مانند او تبدیل شود.

The story revolves around a young man named Mahigashi Teru. When he was young, his father, a brilliant surgeon, died in an accident, but not before saving Teru's life. As a result, Teru also aims to become a great surgeon like his father, devoted to never letting a patient die. As a clumsy newcomer at his hospital, he seems to be an unlikely savior. But whenever a patient's life is in danger, his true powers emerge in the form of his "god hands," allowing him to successfully perform even the most difficult operations.

خلاصه داستان : هیداکی و همکلاسی های کلاس ششمش تاکشی، چیه و تتسویا پس از خودکشی معلم خود از خواب بیدار می شوند و خود را در مدرسه ابتدایی قدیمی خود می بینند. آن‌ها مجبور می‌شوند با بازی X Game همدیگر را شکنجه کنند.

After a childhood friend's suicide, Hideaki and his former classmates reunite to pay their respects. Soon after, a DVD, marked X arrives revealing a man being tortured, triggering a flashback in Hideaki, reminding him of witnessing a schoolmate being subjected to humiliating batsu (punishment) games. One evening, Hideaki is kidnapped and when he awakens the next day, he discovers he is in a recreation of his old school-room, along with his fellow classmates. Trapped and held captive by mysterious hooded figures, each of them must now play a brutally violent, version of the punishment game, in order to survive.
