خلاصه داستان : در قطار شلوغ توکیو، یوجی به آسوکا دست می زند و او کیف پولش را به جیب می زند. او بعداً با یک پیشنهاد تجاری غیراخلاقی به او نزدیک می شود.

Yuji is an engaged businessman, who decides to grope Asuka, a pretty young girl, on a busy Tokyo commuter train. The cheap thrill turns expensive as Yuji discovers she took this opportunity to steal his wallet. Later on, Asuka finds Yuji and approaches him with an indecent partnership proposal. This film is another quality installment from the Chikan Densha Groper Train series – the longest running film series in the world. (Over 500 Groper Train films have been made!)

خلاصه داستان : در نزدیکی پایان آشفته دوران ادو، مردی که پس از تبعید در آمریکا به ژاپن بازمی‌گردد، به دنبال همسرش می‌گردد و در این درام دوره‌ای مهم از شوهی امامورا بزرگ، غرق در جریان انقلاب می‌شود.

The film depicts carnivalesque atmosphere summed up by the cry "Ei ja nai ka" ("Why not?") in Japan in 1867 and 1868 in the days leading to the Meiji Restoration. It examines the effects of the political and social upheaval of the time, and culminates in a revelrous march on the Tokyo Imperial Palace, which turns into a massacre. Characteristically, Imamura focuses not on the leaders of the country, but on characters in the lower classes and on the fringes of society.
