خلاصه داستان : اریک پونته پس از آنکه خشم و عصبانیت حاصل از خشونت های ناپدری اش را بر سر یکی از دانش آموزان خالی می کند از دبیرستان اخراج می شود و امکان تحصیل در تمام دبیرستان های دولتی سوئد را از دست می دهد. مادر اریک که نمی تواند نسبت به این قضیه بی تفاوت باشد.
