خلاصه داستان : پس از المپیک 1988 سئول، جی کانگ هیون که به 7 سال محکوم شده است و سایر زندانیان از ون پلیس فرار می کنند. پس از فرار، جی کانگ هیون و زندانیان در حالی که گروگان ها را نگه می دارند، با ترس تمام سئول را می سازند.
