Rudraba, daughter of Ganapatideva, the emperor of the Kakatiya dynasty, was officially designated a son through the ancient Putrika ceremony and given the name Rudradeva so that she could succeed her father after his death. Despite opposition, she became of the most prominent rulers of the Kakatiya dynasty and one of the few ruling queens in Indian history.

خلاصه داستان : داستان عشق پادشاه دوشیانتا و شاکونتالا، دختر حکیم ویشوامیترا و پوره مناکا. به دلیل نفرین یک حکیم، دوشیانت همه چیز را در مورد شکونتالا فراموش می کند تا اینکه سرنوشت دوباره آنها را گرد هم می آورد.

Shakuntala, daughter of Meneka and Rishi Vishwamitra lives in forest with her teacher, Rishi Kanva. In the forest she meets King Dushyant, falls in love with him and the two get married. After she has their baby (Prince Bharata), Dushyant leaves her in the forest with a promise to come back for her soon. However, due to a sage's curse, Dushyant forgets all about Shakuntala, until destiny brings them together again.
