خلاصه داستان : قتلهای منزجرکننده و وحشتناک، رعب و وحشت را در شهر رُم پدید آوردهاند. حدس و گمانها از این قرارند که این جنایتهای بیرحمانه به بازگشت یکی از شرورترین قاتلهای سریالی، به نام "کارلِ قصاب" مربوط می شوند.
